Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your hats in their original box to prevent crushing and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
